The location is fantastic, providing easy access to the heart of Santa Fe. The attentive staff made me feel welcome, but the hotel’s amenities were somewhat worn, and the room had a few issues, including a fridge that buzzed loudly. Overall, it was a decent experience, but there’s room for improvement.

I loved how the hotel was just a few steps from the Georgia O'Keeffe Museum and only a short walk to the beautiful Cathedral Basilica of Saint Francis of Assisi, making it a perfect base for my city strolls. the balcony of my room offered stunning views of the mountains at sunset, adding to that special Santa Fe charm.

We loved the beautiful pool area where our family spent time together and enjoyed some tasty live music nearby on the nights we stayed. The location was perfect for us, allowing easy access to downtown attractions, making it convenient for our large family with two babies.
In my wife’s opinion, the room could really use a bigger bathroom to accommodate families better.

The location near downtown Santa Fe is fantastic. I enjoyed the valet parking service, especially since they informed me where my car would be parked. The lobby looked beautiful, with ice water available for guests. My room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a well-stocked bathroom. I pay special attention to cleanliness, and I found everything in top shape. In the evening, I stopped by the bar, where the bartender was friendly and made an excellent margarita. However, the temperature in my room was a bit warm, even with the thermostat set to 66 degrees. I kept the curtains closed to avoid heat during the day. Overall, the staff were kind and helpful throughout my stay, but I was a bit disappointed that there wasn't more information on the spa services available. I'll definitely consider checking it out during my next visit.

Our stay was amazing. the spa treatments were top-notch, and the outdoor pool was the perfect place to relax. The only hiccup was the bar not being open, which was a bit of a letdown after a busy day. I'd definitely recommend visiting the restaurant for breakfast, it's a real treat! 🌞

The stay was overall enjoyable. We really appreciated the pool area, especially with the hot tubs, which were clean and relaxing. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the plaza with plenty of great restaurants and museums nearby. However, there were some hiccups with room cleanliness and inconsistencies with the housekeeping schedule.

A Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
I stayed for two nights in a Deluxe King Room and loved the spacious layout and the cozy bed. However, my spa appointment was marred by disorganization. Future guests should confirm appointments ahead of time. The location is ideal for exploring Santa Fe's charm!

Recommend it for couples looking for a convenient stay
The lobby had this great comfortable vibe and cool lemon water that just set the tone when we checked in and the location was just right for exploring all the local galleries and restaurants without breaking a sweat
It wasn’t exactly cheap but still acceptable given the amenities provided

We had an awesome time with friends. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to visit the Benitez Cabaret for la Emi's Winter Series and enjoy live music on weekends. Rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly. Don't miss out on the great food offered here.
We had an issue at check-in as our room wasn't available due to a leak. It took quite a while to sort things out, but the front desk manager was very helpful.
